Water Main Break – N. Centre Street in Pottsville

SCMA staff is currently working to isolate and repair a water main break on a large diameter main (16″) on N. Centre Street in Pottsville.  We are aware of the issue and are working to make the repair and restore water as quickly as possible.  Current weather conditions are making it more difficult; however, our resources are devoted to this issue.  Once we are able to determine the area impacted by the main break, we will be notifying affected customers directly with further instructions.  Please also avoid the area of the break, if possible.  We are working to keep our crew and the public safe in icy conditions.  If you have any questions or require more information, please contact SCMA at 570-622-8240.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
